It was way too small inside. I feel like I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over, but there just wasn’t enough room for what I needed. Definitely not what I expected.

I bought a Console Vault the lock ended up being the weak spot for me. From the first day, it had this rough, gritty feel when turning it, and every now and then it wouldn’t catch unless I wiggled it or tried again a couple times. I kept noticing little things like the way it didn’t line up smoothly and how it sounded slightly off when it finally clicked. For something that’s supposed to keep your stuff secure, that didn’t give me much confidence. At this point I don’t really trust it, so I probably wouldn’t buy one again

Ordering was easy enough, I guess, but the whole process felt slow. And support, or whatever they’re calling it, wasn’t much help when I needed it. The product itself was fine, nothing amazing, but definitely not worth the hassle for me. I probably won’t bother ordering again

I had a frustrating return/refund experience with Console Vault. For what I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother, but it ended up taking way too much back and forth and I didn’t feel like anyone was really trying to make it easy.
I had to keep following up, and the whole thing just dragged on longer than it should have. Maybe the product itself is fine, but if there’s any chance you might need to return it, I’d think twice. At this price, I don’t want that kind of headache, so I wouldn’t order again.

The packaging was bad... the box showed up torn and beat up, like it was packed without much care. Not a great first impression!

I figured this would last a decent while since products like this usually hold up for me, but it broke quickly. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on how soon it failed, I wouldn’t assume it’s very durable

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: their customer service is really hard to get a response from. I waited several days after reaching out and still haven’t heard anything back. Frustrating, especially if you actually need help with something

I ordered this because the site said it would fit my truck model, so I figured it would be a simple install. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit at all. Maybe I expected too much based on the fitment info, but it was frustrating to have to deal with returning it after that.

I bought from Console Vault and ran into an issue later, so I reached out thinking the warranty process would be straightforward.

the support experience was frustrating. Replies took longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to keep repeating the same details over and over. At a certain point it was like, come on now, I already explained this.
They mostly gave basic answers and it never really felt like anyone was trying to help much. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my warranty experience wasn’t good, and I’d be hesitant to buy again if support is this hard when something goes wrong.

I wanted to like this more, and to be fair, it does have a few good things going for it. It works fine enough and doesn’t feel completely disappointing, but for the price, I’m not sure it’s worth it. I feel like you could probably find something similar for less...

I tried to follow along, but the instructions were so confusing that I genuinely couldn’t tell what they wanted me to do. It felt like I was the one stuck figuring everything out with no real guidance, which was frustrating

I ordered a safe insert, but they sent the wrong one, well, not wrong safe, the wrong insert for it. Frustrating since it doesn’t fit what I needed

I really wanted to like it, but using it every day has been more of a hassle than I expected. When I’m in a rush, opening and closing it feels awkward, and it gets annoying quickly. I found myself wishing it was quicker and easier to deal with. It might be fine for longer trips, but for regular daily use, it’s just not very convenient for me.

The shipping took way too long. I ordered thinking it would go out quickly, but it just sat there for days and the tracking barely updated. After a while I started wondering if I’d been fooled or if my order was even coming. It did finally show up, but by then I was already annoyed. The product might be fine, but the slow shipping alone makes me not want to order again.

i mean, I ordered this for my truck using their fitment info, and it still didn’t fit right. The holes didn’t line up, and the lid rubbed bad once I tried to get it on. I ended up messing with it way longer than I should’ve had to. Super frustrating when it says it fits your exact model

The delivery seemed rough, I think. The box was dented and partly open when it arrived, and I noticed a few scratches on the vault. It does work, so that’s good, but I’m not really sure how I feel about getting it in that condition

It feels flimsy in person, like not a lot of care went into putting it together. I’m not saying corners were definitely cut, but it kind of gives that impression.

The site does work, but it feels old and cluttered. The pictures are decent enough, but the overall design just doesn’t look clean or modern. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t really any human contact or personal support available, which made the whole experience feel a bit cold and frustrating.

I should’ve trusted my instinct on this one. It looked like it might be worth the price, but after trying it, I just don’t feel like it delivered enough for what I paid
